Terms of Service — MyBAIBS

The service

MyBAIBS builds and hosts custom software and AI-assisted business tools. mybaibs.com is where you reach us, and where account holders sign in to the products we have built for them.

We may change, pause, or stop features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on, where we can.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us at support@mybaibs.com if you think someone else has used it. You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Acceptable use

Do not use MyBAIBS to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to upload content you have no right to share, to harass anyone, to interfere with the service, or to try to reach data that is not yours.

Your content

What you upload or enter stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, and run the features you use. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, including any information about other people.

Artificial intelligence

Some products you reach through a MyBAIBS account use AI; each product's own policy says how. This site itself does not generate content with AI.

No professional advice

Nothing MyBAIBS produces is legal, financial, credit, medical, or tax advice. Check anything important with a qualified person before acting on it.

Ending the service

You can stop using MyBAIBS at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing support@mybaibs.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, what happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

MyBAIBS is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will be error-free or always up.

Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, MyBAIBS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of MyBAIBS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
